He founded BTG with the goal of creating a client-centric firm that stands in stark contrast to traditional insurance intermediaries. Robert believes that the current broker/consultant/agency model is outdated and in need of significant reform.

Earlier in his career, Robert also held key positions in business development, client management, and underwriting at several insurance companies.
Education & Credentials
Robert graduated from Long Island University, CW Post College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Finance. He is licensed as a Life, Accident, and Health Agent and holds the Certified Health Consultant designation from Purdue University.
Personal Interests
In his spare time, Robert is an avid runner, having completed numerous marathons, half-marathons, and road races. He is also deeply involved in his community, serving as a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters for over 20 years, running for charity organizations like Ainsley’s Angels, and participating in the L.O.U.D. and Run Tampa running communities.
Robert’s most passionate commitment is to Southeastern Guide Dogs, where he serves as a Puppy Raiser. He is also a proud father of four daughters and the owner of two Labrador retrievers, Zimmer and Boobie.
